My love of baking started when I was a child. Every Christmas, I took over our kitchen and filled it with cookies and pastries for family & friends. That passion followed me into adulthood and lead me to enroll at L’Academie de Cuisine, where I graduated in 2014. In 2016, I launched Batter Up Patisserie, a bakery that offers some of my favorite childhood delights as well as some French pastries. I make everything from scratch, using high quality ingredients.
